Antonio del Rosario’s experience parallels the overseas construction boom of the 1980’s. This experience enabled him to achieve a thorough understanding of the business and the industry. His credentials cover project accounting, corporate finance and executive level positions in the country’s top and pioneer construction firms. He held the position for Internal Audit and Project Accounting Manager of AG&P. He was also assigned as Finance and Administration Manager of AG&P’s overseas projects for five years. He was also a resource speaker on “Accounting for Non-accountants” and “Material Management Program” on several occasions. His other notable experience include: PhilRock, Inc., PhilMark, Inc. and PhilRock-Bauer wherein he was the VP-Controller and member of the Board of Directors for 7 years (1991-1998) After 30 years of working in various constructio projects, both local and overseas, he established his own construction business. Now on its 10th year, it continues to expand as an emerging medium sized player in the industry. Mr. Del Rosario is a graduate of B. Sc. in Business Administration, Major in Accounting.
Mabelle Lynn Cruz ensures timely and efficient execution of projects. She works closely with the technical team and project leads to fulfill the needs of clients. Her professional practice started as a project engineer of Northland MC during the height of the company’s engagement with Maynilad Water Services, Inc. She later became the Project Manager of Hedron, involved in all stages of projects, from bidding, costing, project implementation and monitoring, as well as documentation. Ms. Cruz is a licensed civil engineer from Bataan Polytechnic State College (Main).
Aretha Marie E. del Rosario translates client requirements into workable design and engineering formats for the Hedron team to work on. She is in charge with the overall preparatory planning, designing, costing, bidding and documentation of projects. Working closely with the technical team, she thoroughly coordinates client specifications in conformity with standards and practices of the industry. Ms. Del Rosario is a licensed Architect from the Mapua Institute of Technology.
Aileen del Rosario – Rondilla is an Anthropologist working in Business Research and Consultancy. She is currently the Managing Director of Human-centered Solutions Asia and the Business Development Manager of Hedron Construction and Development Corp. As a Consultant, she does industry research and writes business plans for clients from different industries (e.g. Real Estate; BPO; NGO; FMCG; Fastfood; Automotive). Construction industry related projects she worked on include a Luxury Resort Venture in El Nido, Palawan (Considerations for Marketing and Product Strategy), a Real Estate Feasibility Study for a New Real Estate Developer (Entry Strategy), and Health and Wellness Resort Spa for the Retiring Market (Marketing and Product Strategy). Ms. Rondilla is a B.A. Anthropology graduate from the University of the Philippines. She finished her M.A. Anthropology degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. She currently doing her PhD in Anthropology as a scholar at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Annalea del Rosario – Macamay ensures compliance with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities. She represent the company on legal document, it is likewise her responsibility to ensure that the company and its directors operate within the law. As corporate secretary, she makes sure members are well – informed and up to date about board related matters. Ms. Macamay is a graduate of B. Sc. in Business Administration Major in Management from the Philippine Women’s University.
Gilbert Rondilla renders the administrative requirement of the corporation. He ensures compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures including business related regulatory laws, day to day and cyclical business processes (e.g. relating to finance, operation and HR). He coordinates regularly with clients on matters regarding billing and collection. As an administrative manager, he facilitates the coordinated movement between the field operations, the head office, the clients, and the government related bodies. Mr. Rondilla is a graduate of B. Sc. in Computer Science.
